DORA has officially signed an international memorandum of cooperation with one of Kazakhstan’s top marketing firms — SAQ Marketing. The agreement, signed during a strategic visit to Almaty, marks a new milestone in DORA’s international development journey.

The memorandum covers the following key areas:

• Market & audience analysis — consumer behavior, algorithmic reach, and content effectiveness across Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.
• Operational knowledge exchange — KPI systems, workflow management, and employee performance optimization.
• Technology integration — AI tools, process automation, and internal digital platforms.
• Joint initiatives — regional campaigns, research efforts, and cross-border marketing projects.

During the visit, DORA introduced its in-house DORA Platform, designed for project oversight, KPI tracking, and task automation.

This memorandum represents a significant step toward institutionalized, cross-border collaboration in the field of marketing and digital transformation.
